The redesign of the first floor was achieved by incorporating natural stone and dark brown timber to add warmth and texture, contrasting these elements with the clean, industrial look of concrete. The updated exterior was refreshed to align with the sleek, modern aesthetic of the interior, while the interior spaces—such as the master suite and kitchen—were reimagined to enhance both style and functionality. The natural materials provided a sense of harmony and sophistication, while the glazing emphasized openness and lightness, unifying the design throughout the home.
